Kings of Leon move Vegas show outdoors

Rockers Kings of Leon are moving their upcoming Las Vegas gig outdoors.

Also, beer!

The band’s show at the MGM Grand Garden arena on Sept. 27 will now take place at The Lot across from the Luxor and will be part of the Boulevard Brew Fest.

Young the Giant and Kongos, who are touring with Kings of Leon and who were already on the bill for the MGM Grand show, will also play the event along with other acts to be named.

The show is being billed as a “seven-hour beer-topia” done in conjunction with the Oregon Brewers Festival and will feature more than 60 Oregon beers from over 50 breweries.

There will also be food trucks on site.

Tickets for the original Kings of Leon performance will be honored at the event.
