Band Perry coming to Primm; Judas Priest coming to Palms

A “Chainsaw” will soon be taken to Primm.

Country pop fireballs The Band Perry will likely perform their aforementioned latest single, along with hits like “If I Die Young” and “You Lie,” when they play the Star of the Desert Arena at Buffalo Bill’s on Oct. 3.

It’s a pretty big show for the venue, which hosts plenty of well-known performers, but seldom such an of-the-moment act.

Tickets for the concert go on sale at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

A few other recently announced shows of note:

After turning in one of the best performances at Punk Rock Bowling in May with their fiery set on the festival’s closing night, Against Me! return to Vegas, this time playing Brooklyn Bowl on Aug. 22. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this one.

Also at Brooklyn Bowl, mystical nine-man hip-hop crew Wu-Tang Clan take over the place on Sept. 18 and 19. You never know which of them are actually going to show up at given concert. Be there and find out.

Tickets for both shows are already on sale.

For metalheads, Judas Priest return to The Pearl at the Palms on Nov. 14, with Steel Panther.

Tickets go on sale July 11.
