Clark County officials and public employee union leaders sat down this morning to discuss the worsening economy and the steps that might be necessary to prevent a crisis. I listened to the press conference, but I didn't hear either the county officials or the union leaders discuss contract concessions.
They'll meet again in December, when presumably they'll exchange crusts of bread and lumps of coal as holiday gifts due to the worsening mess.
