How big is the U.S. debt?

Well, I'll show you how big.

Step One: Go to this website and take a look at how it's grown.

Step Two: Tune in to the U.S. Debt Clock and watch it tick up, up and up.

Step Three: Think more critically about who represents you in Washington, D.C.

Now, have a happy rest of the weekend. If you can.

PS: And now for something completely different. As much as it pains me to say so, think the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl. As an Arizona Cardinal fan (how did they NOT make the playoffs this year?), I counted on the 49ers starting Alex Smith at QB. How good could they be, I thought, with him touching the ball almost every play? But I'm changing my opinion and looking with more than a little concern at next season.
