Obama's Homeland Security chief didn't read the Arizona bill either

First U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder admits he didn't read the 10-page Arizona immigration bill before suggesting it was racist and unconstitutional. Now we find out Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano hasn't read the bill either.

This can't be good, can it? You'd think the first two people in the country to read the Arizona bill would be the head of Homeland Security and the U.S. Attorney General.
