DINING: Local chef wins James Beard award


  Chalk up another in a long line of awards for Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand: Executive chef Claude Le Tohic was named the winner in the Best Chef: Southwest category at the James Beard Foundation awards in New York Monday evening.
  Other local finalists in the category were Rick Moonen, executive chef of rm seafood at Mandalay Bay, and Saipin Chutima, chef/owner of Lotus of Siam.
