More than 2,000 participated in the 6th annual Festival in 1996, and we expect double that this year! We have had to expand the site because of space limitations. Relevant Nonprofit organizations are offered a free booth space, and are expected to incorporate a demonstration and/or actual participative activity. For a fee of $25, part of the booth space can be used for a sales area. Outdoor Artists & Relevant Crafters are invited to join the Festival. In order to qualify for participation, include photos, brochures, or detailed descriptions of your art or craft. Each vendor will be asked to give demonstrations. Booth space fees are $50. Relevant Commercial and For-Profit Organizations are encouraged to participate in the Festival, and for a $100 fee, can demonstrate and sell their products, services or activities. This can apply whether the wares are bicycles, running shoes, skis, outdoor clothing, rock climbing supplies, or horse rentals. All booth space sizes are 10' x 10'. All groups are asked to donate an item for the raffle. Additionally, all groups will be expected to help market and advertise the Festival.
