People generally don't call cheap restaurants "overrated." You don't even expect cloth napkins at McDonald's, so how can it be overrated? "This Chicken McNugget is flaky!" No, it takes really expensive restaurants to win this honor. Ruth's Chris is prime for this category because the steaks are good but expensive, and you don't get anything with your steak. You want a potato? Order it. Salad? Buy one. Not only that, but it's just a steakhouse. For about the same money, you can eat well at Emeril's, Commander's Palace, any number of big-name eateries, including the chichi Spago, which came in second place in this category.
