Nothing against Ruth's Chris Steak House (which, incidentally, has the most syntactically challenged name of any restaurant we know), but it kind of defeats the purpose of dining out if you have to sell a kidney to afford the meal. On the upside, the restaurant's pricey a la carte menu does offer an excellent inducement to dieting. P.F. Chang's China Bistro scored a distant second.
