Far and away -- by more than 500 votes, an unusual margin even for our goofy little unscientific enterprise -- you've chosen your hometown electricity provider as Worst Public Utility. Hmm. Must be something to do with those massive rate increases we'll be seeing as summer's torrid temperatures approach. Sprint came in a distant, can-barely-see-you-out-there second place.
