Featuring fresh pasta and Northern Italian specialties, Andiamo's dining room exudes a soothing ambiance with its terra cotta colors and marble accents. Many of the house specialties trace their roots to the Mediterranean coast of Italy, and you can watch them being prepared in an open exhibition kitchen. Some of the traditional favorites include veal scaloppini, sage breaded veal chops, breaded veal cutlet and rosemary lemon breaded chicken. Interesting pasta dishes include black-and-white linguine with shrimp, olives and roasted peppers, penne pasta with sauteed salmon and spiral pasta with grilled chicken.
