This is a cozy storefront cafe that attracts a legion of sushi lovers. In addition to some of the best sushi in the valley, Hakase prides itself on specialties that are always fresh. Some of their house favorites are the soft-shelled crab, shabu-shabu, grated mountain potato with tuna and sukiyaki.
