You don’t have to wait for St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate the food and drink of the Emerald Isle as Fado features authentic renditions of both. From the kitchen, diners can happily feast on battered fish and chips, Dublin-style chicken curry, fisherman’s pasta (a variety of seafood in a ginger lime sauce served with penne pasta – a favorite of the west coast of Ireland), and homemade Shepherd’s pie featuring ground sirloin and vegetables in a savory gravy. Accompanying the food items is a nice mix of domestic and imported beer and ales.
