For a shopping center restaurant, Adelina's does a fine job re-creating an Italian-style trattoria. Among the chef's favorites are the linguine with clam sauce, seafood fra diablo (lobster, shrimp, scallops and calamari in a spicy hot marinara sauce over pasta), veal Milanese (eggs, breadcrumbs and Romano cheese), chicken Parmesan, and a variety of homemade pasta - baked lasagna, manicotti, penne, fettuccine, spaghetti, rigatoni, and capelli d'angelo.
