Venomous Pinks

Phoenix’s all-girl power trio The Venomous Pinks, who merge the Ramones with Joan Jett, team up with Vegas’ premier S.O.D. tribute act, Stormtroopers of Dirk, to tear you a new one at 10 p.m. Saturday at the Double Down Saloon, 4640 Paradise Road. The show is free; call 702-791-5775.

Concert for kids

“For the Love of Music,” a children’s concert presented by the Nevada Chamber Symphony, will thrill the youngsters at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Clark County Library Theater, 1401 E. Flamingo Road. The concert is free, although reservations are recommended because of limited seating; call 702-433-9280.

Mark and the Martinis

Relive a vintage Vegas vibe with the jazzy stylings of Mark and the Martinis at 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at The Chandelier at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The shows are free; call 702-698-7000.
