Amigos Mexican Cantina @
Fiesta Henderson
Amigos Mexican Cantina at Fiesta Henderson will feature an Easter menu from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Specialty items such as New Zealand orange roughy, garlic butter scallops with shrimp in chipotle cream sauce and more can be enjoyed for $13.99 per person.

Cannery Row Buffet Champagne Easter Brunch, The Cannery
A special Easter brunch will be offered 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $14.99 adults and $10.99 children. The buffet will featured fresh oysters on the half shell and cocktail shrimp; prime rib, roast leg of lamb, and roast turkey; and maple and beer braised pork loin, seafood thermidor, salmon milano, roasted turkey with apple dressing, penne pasta with shrimp scampu, fried calamari, veal stew and broiled New York steaks. Complete American, BBQ, Chinese, Italian and Mexican stations. Includes full breakfast selection with omelets made to order.

Charlie's Lakeside Casino, 8603 W. Sahara Ave.
An Easter Sunday Jazz and Champagne Brunch will feature ham steak broiled and glazed with pineapple, served with sweet mashed potatoes and French green beans for $7.95; oven roasted leg of lamb served with mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, mint jelly and French green beans for $7.95; roasted Tom turkey served with mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberries and French green beans for $7.95; and lemon meringue pie $3.95 (702-804-5167).

DJT at Trump International
DJT will offer guests a high-end Easter brunch. Guests can feast on a collection of upscale and updated versions of comfort food favorites, including a display of seafood on ice, carving station featuring Garlic Rubbed Roasted Leg of Lamb, Five Spice Pork Loin and Pan Roasted Alaskan Black Cod. Selections will also include an assortment of salads, breads, pastries and desserts. Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys will also be offered at $6 a glass. The brunch will be served from noon to 5 p.m. for $60 per person, $28 for children ages 4-11 (702-476-7358).

Eiffel Tower Restaurant @ Paris Las Vegas
The special Easter menu will include a light omelette souffle with asparagus and brie; slow-poached eggs benedict a la Basquaise; ocean seafood salad with lobster; crab toast a la Francaise with sauce remoulade; steak roquefort with red onion compote; and French toast with vanilla cream, caramelized banana and toasted pecans. Each table will receive a unique Easter egg. Select eggs contain exclusive prizes, including show tickets and hotel stays. The restaurant will also offer a special children's menu and children ages seven and under dine for free (702-948-6937).

ENVY The Steakhouse @ Renaissance Hotel
Easter brunch, accompanied by a live performance by pianist Wes Winters, includes wine and cheese tasting, bottomless sparkling wine, Mimosas, fruit smoothies, and a "Build your own" Bloody Mary bar. Appetizers include fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers and ENVY's signature fruit and granola parfaits. Brunch also features various serving stations, including omelets, classic Belgium waffles and seafood stations. Entrees will include Eggs Benedict with hollandaise, vanilla raisin Brioche French toast, and mini gourmet sandwiches. The dessert menu consists of a homemade variation of mousses, chocolate covered strawberries, and assorted mini pastries. There will also be carving stations with traditional Easter Ham and Rack of Lamb, as well as expanded salad and dessert stations. Easter Brunch is offered at $35 per person. Festival Buffet @ Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson
The Festival Buffet at both Fiestas will offer additional menu items to celebrate Easter including roasted turkey, prime rib, glazed ham, sinful desserts and much more for $12.99 per person. Call (702) 558-7000 for more details regarding Fiesta Rancho or (702) 631-7000 for Fiesta Henderson.

The Grand Cafe @ Red Rock Resort
The Grand Cafe will offer two Easter entrees throughout the day including pineapple-rum glazed ham for $13.99 or roasted leg of lamb with rosemary for $16.99. Both entrees come with maple-glazed new potatoes, green beans and carrots (702-797-7576).

Hank's Fine Steaks and Martinis @ Green Valley Ranch
Hank's Fine Steaks and Martinis is offering its standard dinner menu along with Easter specials. The Easter menu includes an heirloom tomato tureen with herbed buffalo mozzarella, aged balsamic and micro basil for $12; pancetta wrapped jumbo prawns nestled in spaghetti squash and drizzled with red pepper buerre blanc for $40; a half rack of pomegranate glazed spring lamb with braised Swiss chard and buttered new potatoes for $42; and for dessert -- three cream puffs filled with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry gelato then served with Florentine cookies and hot chocolate ganache on the side for $9 (702-617-7075).

Hash House A Go Go
Easter brunch specials include a hand-cut beef filet served with eggs any style, griddled mash, fresh market tomato, fresh fruit and a buttermilk biscuit; Andy' Famous Crabcake Benny -- blue crab with fresh spinach and garden tomato over griddled mash potatoes topped with two eggs and drizzled with yellow pepper cream and toasted almonds; lamb chop hash -- crispy potatoes, grilled lamb chops, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach and goat cheese topped with scrambled eggs and drizzled with barbecue sauce; or banana-coconut flapjacks with whipped cream. Prices from $8.50 to $21.95. A special drink menu will also be featured, including tasty treats such as strawberry lemonade margaritas, choco-mint mochas, cherry limeade and wine spritzers, among others. Limited reservation times will be offered from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. All other times will be first come, first served. Marche Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop
The special Easter brunch will feature marinated roasted beets and smoked trout apple salad with haricot vert, lump arugula and toasted walnut; truffled crab cakes, pan seared and served with celery root slaw; and pan roasted Idaho trout with haricot vert, lump crabmeat and balsamic. Served 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (702-804-8008).

Pasta Palace and The Broiler @ Palace Station
Pasta Palace and The Broiler at Palace Station are both offering specialty Easter menus in addition to their standard menus. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Pasta Palace, guests can enjoy a three-course meal for only $24 that includes choice of soup or salad, pan-seared salmon with a Mediterranean sweet relish, grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes and a gelato trio for dessert. From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The Broiler, guests can enjoy a three-course Easter dinner for $42 that includes The Broiler's famous salad bar, grilled lamb chops with an Italian fruit mostarda and roasted Yukon Gold potatoes with a blueberry parfait for dessert (702-221-6678).

Pinot Brasserie @ The Venetian
The three-course Easter meal include choice of lobster bisque, French onion soup, mixed green salad, beet salad or crab cake for the first course; short stack of buttermil pancakes, French toast, rotisserie chicken with garlic French fries, a smoked salmon sandwich or grilled rib eye for the second course; and creme brulee, chocolate souffle or selection of sorbet and ice icream for the third course. Cost is $35 for adult, $25 for children (702-414-8888).

Rosemary's Restaurant
The special Easter menu will feature watercress quiche with fried shallots and ravigote sauce; choice of crawfish and corn chowder or gratin of wild mushooms, english peas and spring onions with beehive dairy white cheddar and cream and garlic herb panko or poached leeks in vinaigrette with wedges of hard boiled duck eggs, cured magret prosciutto, toasted walnuts and drizzles of meyer lemon aiole or baby arugula & frisee tossed in champagne white peach vinaigrette with warm brioche goat cheese toast, blackberries, pistachios & riesling gastrique; choice of paneed milk fed veal with yukon gold creamed potatoes with white wine mustard cream sauce or grilled lamb chops with a roasted vegetable & fresh mozzarella stuffed eggplant "package" with red bell pepper vinaigrette & aged balsamic extraction or shrimp cakes with crab & pecan relish, caramelized scallions & homemade worcestershire lemon butter sauce or fingerling potato & parmesan reggiano cheese risotto with grilled jumbo asparagus, crispy fried parsnip strips & truffled porcini mushroom broth or grilled breast of chicken with butter poached haricot verts, shoestring potatoes & parmesan crema or cornmeal crusted striped bass with red beans & rice, crispy andouille sausage & tasso hot sauce beurre blanc; and choice of french lemon tart with raspberry sorbet & honey crème fraiche or strawberry rhubarb cobbler with Grande Marnier ice cream or coconut cake with mango sorbet & coconut anglaise or New Orleans style beignets with mint chocolate dipping sauce. Roy's Restaurant
Both locations of Roy's, 620 E. Flamingo Rd. and 8701 W. Charleston Blvd., will be offering a special three-course prix Easter brunch. The menu will features favorites such as crab cakes eggs bendict and the asparagus and lump crab omelet (702-691-2053 or 702-838-3620).

San Lorenzo Italian Restaurant and Austins Steakhouse @ Texas Station
San Lorenzo Italian Restaurant and Austins Steakhouse are offering special Easter menus. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Austins Steakhouse is featuring an Easter brunch which includes unlimited champagne, seafood, live omelet station, herb crusted prime rib of beef and an array of desserts with a flowing chocolate fountain for $50 per person. Reservations are recommended by calling (702) 631-1033 for Austins Steakhouse and (702) 631-1023 for San Lorenzo.

Simon @ Palms Place, 4381 W. Flamingo Road
Guests are invited to join Simon at Palms Place for a children's Easter Egg hunt followed by a decadent Easter brunch. In addition to Simon's regularly served brunch menu the Easter brunch will feature a leg of lamb carving station, Anson Mills graham pancakes served with blueberry compote and pure maple syrup, fried green tomatoes with Heritage pork breakfast sausage served with poached egg in tomato hollandaise and more. The Easter egg hunt begins at 9:30 a.m. with brunch beginning promptly after. Cost is $45 per adult which includes bottomless champagne and $22 per child which includes entry in the Easter egg hunt (702-944-3221).

Society Cafe @ Encore
The Easter menu features choice of caesar salad, mac n cheese bites or roasted tomato bisque; choice of trenne with prosciutto, parmesan truffle cream and peas or cedar roasted salmon with braised endive and fennel or rack of lamb with fingerling potatoes; and dessert for the table -- warm donut bites with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces. Served 5 to 10 p.m. Cost is $38 per person (702-770-5300).

Steiner's -- A Nevada Style Pub
Steiner's will be offering two specials for Easter -- a variation of eggs benedict with a spring fruit salad for breakst for $9.95 from 7 a.m. to noon and a grilled lamb chop dinner with rosemart potatoes rosti style and fresh asparagus from 4 to 11 p.m. for $18.95. Steiner's has three locations -- 8410 W. Cheyenne Ave. and 1750 N. Buffalo Dr. and 8168 S. Las Vegas Blvd.

T-Bones Chophouse @ Red Rock Resort
T-bones will be offering an Easter brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring a variety of salads, chilled shrimp, snow crab claws, ham, cracked pepper-roasted prime rib, orange glazed duck, made-to-order omelets, desserts and much more. The specialty brunch is $65 plus tax per person and a special children's Easter buffet is $19.95 plus tax per child 8 years old and younger (702-797-7576).

Terra Ross Italian @ Red Rock Resort
Terra Rossa Italian has added Easter a la carte items to its existing dinner menu including seared bay scallops and langoustine, ravioli of caciocavallo cheese and pear, lamb chop crusted with sun dried tomato and mint and apple and almond strudel for dessert (702-797-7576).

Terra Verde @ Green Valley Ranch
Terra Verde at Green Valley Ranch has created a special Easter dinner menu that can be ordered as ala carte menu items (prices vary from $8 to $22 per item) or be served family style for $48 per person. Easter at Terra Verde includes Italian favorites such as arugula salad, baked ziti, chicken saltimbocca and cream puffs filled with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry gelato (702-617-7075).

Tinoco's Kitchen
The Easter Sunday brunch will feature Eggs Chesapeake with crab cakes and Quiche Lorraine along with Italian prosecco mimosas and peach bellinis and a special menu for kids. Tinoco will also feature a fresh seafood combo special every Friday in Lent (702-464-5008 ).

Victory's Cafe @ The Cannery
Easter specials include Hormel honey ham thinly sliced and glazed with a bourbon sauce, chef's potato and vegetables for $10.99 and a whole cornish game hen with blended wild rice, chef's vegetables and supreme sauce for $11.99. Entrees include choice of soup or salad. Served 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Vino's Italian Ristorante @ The Cannery
Easter dining specials include classic osso buco braised and slow simmered in natural juices with fresh vegetables and red wine for $28.99 and airline chicken breast stuffed with pancetta and mushrooms and served with a red wine demi glaze with polenta and roasted vegetables for $17.99. Both served with complimentary house salad and breadsticks. Served 4 to 9:30 p.m. (702-507-5700).

Yukon Grille @ Arizona Charlie's
A special prix fixe Easter dinner will feature a choice between a lamb shank and Chilean sea bass "Oscar." The lamb shank is braised in cabernet sauvignon, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh sauteed vegetable. The Chilean sea bass "Oscar" is sauteed Chilean sea bass topped with crabmeat, laced with Champagne sauce and served with asparagus and wild rice. The entrees are served with a choice of corn chowder or Yukon Grille house salad. Dessert is a pear tart tatin, fresh pear baked in a puff pastry, served with vanilla ice cream and topped with a rum sauce. The beverage included with the menu is a choice of coffee or tea. Texas Station
Roasted prime rib of beef with Au Jus and creamy horseradish for $125 or bone-in baked ham for $79. Dinners serve eight people and include a Caesar salad kit, wild rice pilaf, Au Gratin potatoes, green beans almondine, rolls with butter and baked apple crisp. Sunset Station
Whole roasted tom turkey with sage stuffing, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce for $99, baked bourbon glazed ham with raisin sauce for $99 or roasted prime rib with rosemary Au Jus and brown gravy for $129. Turkey and ham dinners serve 10 and prime rib serves eight. All dinners include baked yams with marshmallows, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, corn muffins, rolls and biscuits. Aliante Station
Bourbon glazed ham with raisin sauce for $94 or slow roasted prime rib with Au Jus and horseradish or creamy horseradish for $150. Both dinners serve up to eight people and include green beans, glazed carrots, potatoes Au Gratin, cornbread muffins, rolls and butter. Festival Buffets and Feast Buffets
The Festival Buffet at Fiesta Henderson and Fiesta Rancho as well as the Feast Buffet at Red Rock Resort, Aliante Station, Sunset Station, Palace Station, Green Valley Ranch, Texas Station and Boulder Station are offering Passover menu items on both Wednesday, April 8 and Thursday, April 9. Many traditional favorites will be offered including beef brisket, matzo ball soup, chopped liver, potato pancakes and gefilte fish. Standard buffet prices apply.

Easter Bunny at Hash House a Go Go, 6800 W. Sahara Ave.
Hash House A Go Go in conjunction with St. Therese Center is bringing the Easter Bunny to the restaurant from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. April 4 to take complimentary photos with children (702-804-4646).

Boulder City Annual Easter Egg Hunt
When: 9 a.m. to noon April 4

Easter Bunny at The District at Greeny Valley Ranch

There will be a variety of photo packages available, as well as plenty of candy and eggs, face painters, balloons, giveaways, rides on The Carousel, and fun for the entire family.

Easter Egg Hunt at MonteLago Village, Lake Las Vegas

There will be hourly Easter egg hunts from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Comicatures from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Tutti Gelati.

Egg hunt for ages 1 to 3 p.m. at 1 p.m.; egg hunt for ages 4 to 6 at 2 p.m.; and egg hunt for ages 7 to 10 at 3 p.m. The event will also feature fun spring characters, face painting, balloon art and more. Live entertainment from "American Idol" top 50 finalist Muna Hiluf, the Fulco Family Band and the Kid Fiddlers, will perform live music with local youth dance groups such as Future Shock, Encore Dance and the Winchester Star Catchers
