The Valentine's Day meni will feature choice of lobster bisque or baby limestone salad with candied walnuts, orange segments, English cucumber and yellow pear tomatoes. The entree is filet mignon medallions and lobster tail served with herb roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh asparagus. Dessert is the Sweethearts Chocolate Duo featuring dark and white chocolate mousse with vanilla sponge cake served in a heart-shaped chocolate chell with seasonal berries and raspberry coulis. Aureole
Aureole is offering a special prix fixe menu Feb. 12-14 along with a special gift for guests. Cost is $85 per person in main dining room or $95 for the Swan Court. The first course will feature potato latkes with American caviar and lemon creme fraiche. The second course will feature tender beef short rib and foie gras ravioli. The third course will feature oven roasted Oregon sole. The main course is Estancia Ranch beef wellington for two with sauteed spinach. Dessert is a white chocolate-raspberry amaretti parfait. Bally's Steakhouse and Les Artistes Steakhouse at Paris
Bally's Steakhouse and Les Artistes Steakhouse will offer the Chocolate Engagement that features a a crunchy praline base and chocolate biscuit then layered with chocolate mousse and topped with a chocolate short crust and cremioux. The dessert is designed to nestle a ring for a sumptous and scrumptious way to 'pop the question.' Cost is $16. Bar Louie, Town Square
Bar Louie takes fallen romance to the extreme with its photo shredding day. The restaurant and bar wants you to bring a photograph of your ex boyfriend or girlfriend to shred at the restaurant on Feb. 14 and you'll receive $25 off your next meal of $50 or more through March 14, 2010. Bernard's Bistro, The Village Lake Las Vegas
Bernard's Bistro will offer a five-course meal for Valentine's Day. The menu items include "Be My Valentine," a blood orange tomato soup garnished with Cointreau coconut chutney; "Fleur de Lys," smoked salmon with creme fraiche and caviar in dill truffle oil; "Two Hearts Beating as One," heart-shaped artichoke ravioli with mascarpone cheese and asparagus in a cabernet sauvignon sauce; "Love Me Tender," a brandy flamed filet mignon with foie gras in Morel Porto sauce served with potatoes Au Gratin and petite legumes; "Romeo & Juliette," a duet of red peppercorn-crusted lamb loin and rack of lamb served with polenta-spiced apricot in Madeira wine sauce; and "Togetherness," two quail in zinfandel sauce served with caramelized pears and truffled sweet peas. Beso, CityCenter
Beso's four-course prix fixe menu is available for $280 per couple, with additional specials ranging from $18 to $26. Beso's intimate menu for two will commence with "The Introduction," a romantic and appetizing Chef's selection, followed by a seductive taste of "The Temptation," a lobster Yorkshire pudding salad with endive and watercress. Passion will awaken with "The Love Affair," a third course entre featuring a hand-cut, 22-ounce grilled chateaubriand, carved tableside with sweet and sour cherry glaze and creamy truffle spinach. The romance will top off with "The Happy Ending," a gourmet twist on the American classic, cookies and cream, featuring a double chocolate milkshake served with kissed mints, strawberry shortbread cookies, brownie bites and sweet berries.
For the single hearts this Valentine's Day, Beso will also offer two a la carte specials. The Chef's selection of crispy oyster Rockefeller served with creamy spinach truffle is available for $18 and the Tuscan-style fried rabbit, served with root vegetable mash, blue cheese drizzle and golden raisin and apple agro-dolce is offered at $36 (702-254-2376).
Billy Bob's Steakhouse and Saloon, Sam's Town
The Sweetheart Dinner for Two will feature a champagne cocktail for each person, melty baked brie as a starter, filet mignon supreme and lobster combination with baby red rose potatoes and green and white asparagus as the entree, and creme brulee for dessert. Border Grill will feature several a la carte specials or a $49 four-course prixe fixe menu for Valentine's Day. Carve will offer a three-course dinner for $49.95 per person. The first course appetizer will be a choice of Seafood Cocktail with chilled jumbo shrimp, crab claw and lobster medallion with dijonnaise, cocktail sauce and lemon garnish, or Bleu Cheese and Baby Iceberg Wedge Salad with pancetta crisp and shaved red onions, or Heirloom Tomato with Buffalo Mozzarella, basil and aged balsamic vinaigrette or Lobster Bisque, creme fraiche rosette. Charlie Palmer is offering a prix fixe Valentine's menu. The first course features choice of citrus marinated prawns with classic cocktail sauce or ahi tuna tartar with avocado/Yuzu cvinaigrette or bibb lettuce with marinated tomatoes, crispy shallots and creamy buttermilk dressing or cauliflower soup with diver sea scallps and black truffle emulsion. The second course features choice of 10 oz. charcoal grilled filet mignon with roasted shallot jus or 16 oz. Due to popular demand for Top of the World, the Stratosphere has added Dining with a View, a private room seating located on level 104 of the tower. Dining with a View will have two seatings on Sunday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. While sipping on a complimentary glass of champagne, guests can indulge in appetizers of roasted red pepper and lump crab tartlet, tomato bisque shooter with a Valentine smoked cheddar grilled cheese sandwich and ahi tuna carpaccio with wasabi caviar. The Top of the World chef has specially prepared a dinner presentation beginning with a shrimp and scallop love puff with shiitake mushrooms and a baby frisee salad with dried cranberries, roasted red apple and champagne vinaigrette. Diners will feast on a duet of oven baked petite lobster tail filled with an artichoke risotto and a char-grilled filet of beet with peppercorn sauce accompanied by chef's vegetable selection for the main course. Decadent red velvet Valentine cake with raspberry coulis and creme anglaise completes the meal. To commemorate the day, ladies will be presented with a single rose. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant will offer a special menu for Valentine's Day. The Les Amuses Bouches will feature choice of warm shrimp salad with mango, tarragon, rocket and black sesame or cold foie gras torchon with duck prosciutto, fig compote and brioche. The appetizer will be followed by choice of mesclun salad with herbed goat cheese, caramelized walnuts and wild cranberries or cream of green and white asparagus with brioche croutons and creme fraiche. Elements is offering a special four-course menu for $49 per person. Appetizer is choice of escargot with pernof pesto or lollipop lambchop or pink lobster ravioli. Garfield's will be offering a prix fix menu for $65 per person. First course will be a choice of crab cakes or lobster bisque or La Scala chopped salad or Napa Chinese salad or lobster salad. Second course will be a choice of grilled organic Scottish salmon with seasonal vegetables or glazed Black cod with sweet mashed potatoes or pan seared peppercorn filet mignon with classic mashed potatoes or organic rotisserie half chicken with classic mashed potatoes or crispy secen hours leg of lamb with classic mashed potatoes or braised short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. Grape Vegas will offer a seven-course tasting menu from Feb. 12-14. The cheese course is "Sex on the Beach" (Beecher's Flagship marinated in red wine). The second course is English pea and asparagus soup with jumbo lump crab. The third course is coconut shrimp with pineapple mango salsa. The salad course is mixed greens with red hot candied walbuts and fresh raspberries. The intermezzo will be Sence Rose nectar sorbet. The entree is a filet mignon and crab legs with drawn butter. Dessert will be Candela and Gruner Veltliner poached pear with Brachetto cream. Included with the tasting menu, each couple will take home a bottle of Salvatore Principe 2007 cabarnet from Argetina pairted with Chef Scott's homemade "Mudd Pie." Hash House A Go Go is featuring Valentine's Day dinner specials from $4.95 to $28.95. Specials include house-made Kennebec potato chips, $7.95; grilled flatiron steak in Andy's soy based barbeque with fried green tomatoes and crispy fried shrimp served with sweet corn, $25.95; Chilean sea bass stuffed with all blue crab cake served with griddled garlic mash and asparagus and drizzled with basil pesto cream, $28.95 (Available only at the Sahara location); Bite of Blueberry Shortcake, $4.95; and Heart-Shaped Snickers Bread Pudding with vanilla bean ice cream , $7.95.

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, MGM Grand
A special "L'Unique" menu, priced at $39, allows guests to choose an appetizer, main course and dessert, all served simultaneously in a charming bento box-style presentation. The menu changes weekly and includes a variety of French bistro-style selections. Appetizer choices can include Calamari Tempura, Salmon Tartar and Seafood Tabbouleh while entree selections range from Caramelized Beef Short Ribs to Fricassee of Veal Sweetbreads.
