Jerry’s Nugget revises players club

Jerry's Nugget has made several major revisions to its players club. More Club members now receive $1 cashback plus $1 comp for every 600 points ($600 coin-in) earned on their cards. Players earning 500 base points in 90 days move on to the silver tier and receive a 15 percent comp redemption discount. Gold tier members (30,000 base points in 90 days) receive a 25 percent discount. All rewards can be redeemed from new interactive kiosks installed throughout the casino, plus More Club members also will receive a free T-shirt when they pick up their new card (which is required to earn points). Through Aug. 28, players earning 1,000 points in one day can swipe their card at a kiosk and receive up to a $100 free gasoline card.

Today from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. the Hard Rock Hotel is randomly choosing one player every hour who will get to choose a prize envelope containing $100 to $1,000 in cash or free play.

Only 250 Boarding Pass points ($250 coin-in on slots, $250-$1,000 coin-in on video poker) are required for an entry into the $25,000 Slot Tournament on Monday at Texas Station. Sessions will run every 15 minutes from 11 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., and players can purchase up to three entries. All session winners advance to the finals at 8 p.m. and will receive $100 to $1,500 in prizes.

Every Wednesday evening (through Sept. 24), Terrible's selects 50 winners and, based on their Players Club status, awards them $50 to $250 in gasoline or free slot play. Players receive one entry for every 100 points ($100 coin-in) earned on their cards, up to a maximum of 250 entries per week. The Wednesday drawings take place every half-hour from 7 to 9 p.m., and winners must be present. Also, the final "July Cash Explosion" weekly slot tournament runs from Monday to Aug. 1. All Players Club members are entitled to one free two-minute round per day. Members earning 250 points the previous day can enter two rounds. Anyone earning 500 points the previous day gets three rounds. On Aug. 2, the casino will post the top 30 scorers (based on each player's seven best rounds) who will be awarded $50 to $2,500.

Cannery players earning 249 points ($249 coin-in) on Thursday will receive a collector trinket box containing up to $1,000 cash.
