Life is Beautiful musical lineup expands

The inaugural Life is Beautiful festival has just gotten bigger.

Joining the lineup for the two-day music, food and arts event — which takes over downtown Vegas on Oct. 26 and 27 — are Afro-Beat influenced rockers Vampire Weekend, the bluesy Alabama Shakes, R&B spark plug Janelle Monae, indie popsters Cults and rapper Joey Bada$$ along with Smith Westerns, Nico Vega, The Dig and Dreams.

Additionally, a Red Bull Sound Select stage has been added, which will feature up-and-comers Wildcat! Wildcat!, Chancellor Warhol, The Kingston Springs, Children of the Night and Tink.

The complete lineup can be found at www.lifeisbeautifulfestival.com.
