Eastside Cannery marking anniversary with specials


The Eastside Cannery, 5255 Boulder Highway, is celebrating its third anniversary this month. Specials include a $3.33 Canniversary Trio (pancakes, waffle and French toast, with coffee) from 6 to 10 a.m. weekdays at Snaps Restaurant; a $7 Cannery Row Buffet on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays; a $15.99 prime rib and wine special Wednesdays through Sundays at Carve; a $9.99 Canniversary Trio (chile relleno, chicken enchilada and beef taco, with Dos Equis) Fridays through Thursdays at Casa Cocina; and a $3 sloppy joe with fries from 9 a.m. to 6 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays at the Deli. ...

Onda Ristorante and Wine Lounge at The Mirage, 3400 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will launch its Discover Italy series with a Calabria theme from Thursday through Aug. 25. The series will launch on the second Thursday of each month through December, with a different region each month. The three-course prix-fixe menu is $55, with unlimited wine pairings for $14.
