Strip Tips: Comedian searching out messy moments

If you find yourself on the Strip on Tuesday, keep an eye out for camera crews and Clorox.

Angela Kinsey, who plays Angela on NBC’s “The Office,” will be somewhere on the Strip searching for “real-life messy moments.” The comedian and actress will show people how to take care of those messes using Clorox bleach.

All of this is sure to make a great commercial for Clorox. Some lucky person will receive $15,000 for sharing his or her story. If you can’t be on the Strip, share your “messy moment” on bleachitaway.com/vegas.

Dragon parade

Students from The Meadows School will welcome in the Year of the Snake with a traditional dragon parade Monday at The Forum Shops in Caesars. Sixty kindergartners and 60 fifth-graders will perform. There will be a “kid-powered“ snake costume, firecrackers, drums and costumed kids.

They will start at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab and wind through the shops, stopping to perform in front of the Fountain of the Gods. Mayor Carolyn Goodman will talk and then the parade will continue to its end at the shops’ lower valet.

The celebration starts at 10 a.m.
