Thomas Keller to sign copies of latest cookbook at Venetian


Thomas Keller, chef/owner of Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery at The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will sign copies of his latest cookbook, "Under Pressure," from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Bouchon. Keller will conduct a question-and-answer session at 6 p.m. Copies of "Under Pressure," which is dedicated to the art of sous vide, or cooking food by sealing it in plastic and submerging it in liquids at precise temperatures, will be available for purchase for $75, plus tax. ...
