TICKETS: Familiar names return to Vegas


Alt-rockers Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden team up at The Axis at Planet Hollywood on July 19, with Death Grips. Tickets are $59.50, $79.50, $99.50 and $125 and go on sale at noon Friday at The Axis box office, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop heartthrobs the Backstreet Boys take over The Axis on May 30 and 31, with Avril Lavigne. Tickets are $45, $65, $85 and $150 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the venue box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop rockers OneRepublic headline Tiger Jam at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on May 17. Tickets are $55, $85 and $125 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ticketmaster outlets.

R&B singer Maxwell comes to The Pearl at the Palms on May 25. Tickets start at $58 and go on sale at noon Friday at The Pearl box office, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Radio-friendly rockers the Goo Goo Dolls and Daughtry unite at Sandbar at Red Rock on Aug. 1, with Plain White T’s. Tickets are $69 and $129 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Red Rock Boarding Pass Rewards Center, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., and Ticketmaster outlets.

Brit rockers Wishbone Ash play Hard Rock Live on May 1. Tickets are $20 and $32 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Hard Rock Live box office, 3771 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and www.ticketweb.com.

Hardcore punk pioneers Black Flag hit Hard Rock Live on May 18, with HOR and Cinema Cinema. Tickets are $22 in advance, $26 day of show and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the venue box office and www.ticketweb.com.

“Freako De Mayo III,” with Unique Massive, Spafford and Groove Session, enlivens Hard Rock Live on May 2. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 day of show and are already on sale at the venue box office and www.ticketweb.com.
