DINING OUT

FULTON STREET FOOD HALL, HARRAH’S, 3475 LAS VEGAS BLVD. SOUTH

The food hall — named for Fulton Street in New Orleans — is a cluster of restaurants that differs from a food court in that the food is chef-driven and in some cases has sit-down dining with table service. The expansive space with tiled floors, wooden furniture with pops of bright color and 11 flat-screens has separate areas serving breakfast; coffee and bakery; sandwiches and comfort food; salads and soups; and sushi, plus a noodle bar, a live-action pizza station and a bar. Selections change regularly, but here’s a sample of the menu:

Breakfast: Food Hall American Breakfast (two eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, hash browns and pastry), $14.99; classic eggs Benedict, $14.99; Scottish smoked salmon eggs Benedict, $16.99; ricotta lemon zest pancake trilogy $13.99; pecan and cranberry French toast, $13.99; organic steel-cut oatmeal with raisins and raspberries, $6.99.

Salads: Caesar, $8; Cobb, $8; fruit salad, $6; build-your-own salad, $8.
