Wacoal Fit for the Cure

Dillards, Fashion Show Mall

Wacoal will host a Fit for the Cure event at Dillards to help women across the country find their perfect fit. For every woman fitted that day, Wacoal will donate $2 to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada. No purchase is necessary. Wacoal also will donate $2 to Komen for every Wacoal bra or shapewear item or b.tempt'd bra purchased at these events. Bluenote Tattoo Goes Pink — Fight Like a Girl

2275 E. Sunset Road

Bluenote Tattoo is going pink for two days, offering pink ribbon tattoos for $60. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from each pink ribbon tattoo will be donated to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada. Tattoos are by appointment only; call 702-471-6656.

VIPink!

Village Hospitality, 1214 S. 3rd St., 5:30-8:30 p.m.

This event will combine artwork, furniture, food, music and spirits. Entry is complimentary, but bring your wallet and get in on the auction. Check out the VIPink! Las Vegas facebook page for updates. Proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada.

Rose Regatta Dragon Boat Race and Festival

Lake Las Vegas in Henderson

Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is hosting the eighth annual Rose Regatta Dragon Boat Race and Festival at Lake Las Vegas marina from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All proceeds go to breast health services through St. Rose's R.E.D. Rose Program, which includes medical care and psychosocial support for uninsured woman and men facing breast cancer.

UNLV Pink Football Game

Sam Boyd Stadium

Come and cheer the UNLV football team as it battles San Jose State. Event details to follow. The game starts at 6 p.m.

Oct. 11

Kol Isha Concert

King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, 3 p.m.

King David Memorial Chapel will host the second annual Kol Isha Women's Voices, a concert to Benefit Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada. Las Vegas female cantors and vocal soloists come together to raise funds for breast cancer awareness. The concert will be followed by a reception with themed food and drink. The concert is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness. Tickets are $20 in advance and at the door. For advance purchase, visit JCCSN.org. The Forum Shops at Caesars

Ann Fontaine will hold an in-store boutique fundraising event to raise awareness for breast cancer. Ten percent of all store sales will be donated to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada.

Spa for the Cure

Spa Mio, M Resort

Spa Mio this month will introduce a spa treatment designed to provide relief to those fighting cancer. Spa Mio will offer cancer patients, survivors and caretakers a "Moment of Peace," with complimentary mini treatments in exchange for a donation. Guests may book the service from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Guests also may participate in a free 30-minute "Moment of Relaxation" meditation session Oct. 15 at 8 a.m. in front of Spa Mio. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

Red Rock Resort, 8 a.m.

The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk will be held at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd. More than 20,000 breast cancer survivors, caregivers, advocates and fundraisers are expected to come together in support of the fight against breast cancer. Registration for the 5K walk begins at 7:30 a.m., with opening ceremonies at 8 and the walk starting at 8:30. The event will include family activities, a survivor VIP experience and a Zumba warm-up. Enjoy dinner and support Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada. Brio Tuscan Grille will donate 20 percent of sales between 4 and 8 p.m to Komen.

Ladies Pink Tee

Southern Highlands Golf Club, 1 Robert Trent Jones Lane

The Pink Tee is the annual ladies-only golf and social event established to raise money for breast cancer organizations in Southern Nevada. Presented by Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation and MJ Christensen Diamonds, the ladies dress in pink and kick off the day with a chipping and putting contest, nine-hole "'Shoot for the Cure" golf scramble and follow up with shopping, cocktails and dinner.

Toss your change into the fountain and indoor rainstorm at Miracle Mile during October. At the end of October, the donations will be tallied and donated to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada.

Station Casinos 6th Annual Project Pink

A full month of pink campaigns — from pink pastries to pink gaming tables — at all Station Casinos properties to benefit breast cancer awareness.

Trevi Italian Restaurant Pretty In Pink

The Forum Shops at Caesars

Throughout October, 10 percent of proceeds from the Pretty In Pink menu will be donated to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada. Enjoy a pink Italian soda or strawberry gelato for the cause.

Cabo Wabo Cantina Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

Throughout October, guests can enjoy a Vojito and get a complimentary pink wrist band in honor of breast cancer awareness and have $1 donated to Susan G. Komen Southern Nevada.
