Celebrating an Age of Elegance

Sun City Anthem resident Nicole Duffel, 60, greets the crowd after winning the Ms. Senior Nevada competition at the South Point, Aug. 22. The interview, evening gown and talent competition for women 60 or older selects a winner based on how well she represents the "age of elegance." The nonprofit Ms. Senior Nevada organization was started in 1985 by Patti Hoganson Ogren. Pageant royalty make appearances in the community and assist charities.
