     Vincent Abbatiello
     
     
Vincent Abbatiello, 70, died Friday.
      A musician, he was born July 9, 1926, in Moberly, Mo., was a member of Masonic Lodge, Zelzah Shrine Temple, past member of Musicians union, and a 40-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Arlene Eckhart of Las Vegas; daughter, Melodye Kamplain of Nampa, Idaho; son, Jim of Kerrville, Texas; sister, Joy Wiele of Florissant, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
     
     Ronald Allenegui
     
     
Ronald Morris Allenegui, 59, died Thursday in a local hospital.
      An Army veteran, he was born April 2, 1938, in Wilmington, Calif., was a retired wardrobe supervisor for an amusement park, and a four-year resident of North Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his sister, Merna Crist of Redondo Beach, Calif.; and brothers, Earnest of Las Vegas, George and Paul, both of Wilmington.
      Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne.

Rachel Carter Barnes, 78, died Sunday.
      A retired school custodian, she was born Aug. 4, 1918, in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. and was a seven-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, William; sons, Robert Carter and Billy; daughters, Dee "Vicki" Morgan, Gail, Joyce, and Rochelle Burse, all of Las Vegas; sisters, Lelia Edwards of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Elizabeth Ridley of Queens, N.Y,; brothers, Milton Carter, Russell Carter, both of Roanoke Rapids, and Thirlie Carter of Newington, Conn.; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday with services at 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Eastern and burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. The family requests donations be made to Reach Out.

Ann Bilecz, 74, died Friday.
      A hair dresser, she was born June 12, 1922, in Germany and was a seven-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Stephen of Las Vegas; son, Stephen III of Los Angeles; daughters, Theresa and Barbara Baight, both of Hawaii; brother, Martin Meyer of Connecticut; sister, Carrie Carson of California; and three grandchildren.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled the arrangements.

Jim L. Bodenhamer, 60, died Saturday.
      An Army veteran, he was born May 9, 1936, in Seaside, Ore., was a general contractor in construction, and a two-year resident of Henderson.
      He is survived by his wife, Trish of Henderson; daughters, Kim Probst of Sultan, Wash., Tamara Steenburgh of Post Falls, Idaho, and Korri Martin of Simi Valley, Calif.; sons, Jim of Olympia, Wash., John of Orcas Island, Wash., and Ron of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; parents, Ralph and Thelma Heiple of Estacada, Ore.; brothers, Gene Heiple, Larry Heiple and Clayton Heiple; and nine grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. today in Palm Mortuary-Henderson.

William A. Cruze Sr., 78, died Sunday in Washington.
      A self-employed businessman, he was born Aug. 17, 1918, in Sayre, Okla. and was a previous Las Vegas resident.
      He is survived by his wife, Mary; sons, Darryl and Robert, both of Vancouver, Wash., William Jr. of Medford, Ore.,; daughters, Tanya of Las Vegas and Gloria Scott of Blanco, N.M.; 18 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
      Services will be in Washington under the direction of Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.

Tony D'Orra, 84, died Friday.
      A county employee of Louisiana, he was born May 2, 1912, in Jackson, Miss. and was a four-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his son, Antoine of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled the arrangements.

Ben Fiumara, 71, died Friday in a local hospital.
      An Army veteran of World War II, he was born Aug. 20, 1925, in Brooklyn, N.Y., was a retired assembly worker in the automobile industry, and a 10-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Sadie of Las Vegas; daughters, Mary Ann Mistretta of Fresno, Calif., Anna Jiminez of Newberry Park, Calif., Rose and Tina Martinez, both of Las Vegas; sons, Mario of San Fernando Valley, Calif. and Ben Jr. of Las Vegas; 24 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
      Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in Affordable Cremation & Burial Service followed by services at 2 p.m. in Holy Family Catholic Church.

Aurora Marina Gonzalez, 77, died Saturday.
      She was born Dec. 26, 1919, in Cuba, was a member of Our Lady of Charity Association, and a 17-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Luis Alfaro of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today with rosary recital at 7 p.m. in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in St. Anne Catholic Church with burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens

Vincent Robert Grasso, 46, died Friday.
      A Marines veteran, he was born June 4, 1950, in Massachusetts, was a U.S. Postal Service mail handler, and a one-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou of Las Vegas; son, Jason Allen of Massachusetts; daughter, Helga of Denver; father, Fred of Massachusetts; brothers, Mike of Colorado and Fred Jr. of Massachusetts; sisters Karen, and Debbie, both of Massachusetts; and two grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society with graveside service at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery.
     
     Paul Harris
     
     
Paul Ray Harris, 64, died Saturday in Texas.
      An engineer at the Luxor, he was born Aug. 18, 1932, in Emmett, Ark. and was a former Las Vegas resident.
      He is survived by his wife, Juanita of Fort Worth, Texas, daughters, Janice Turner of Las Vegas, Tina Sharp of Antelope, Texas, and Susan Cohoon of Burleson, Texas; son, Paul of Fort Worth; brothers, W.F. of Cleburne, Texas, and D.G. of Tyler, Texas; sister, Vera Prather of Beaumont, Texas; stepbrothers, Loner West of Arkansas, Earnest West of Louisiana, and Bell West of Arizona; and eight grandchildren.
      Services were held in Jack County, Texas under the direction of Coker Funeral Home.

Terrence Henderson Jr., and infant, died Sunday.
      He is survived by his mother, Ebonique; father, Terrence; and grandparents, Carolyn Taylor, Zina Taylor, and Jean, all of North Las Vegas.
      Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Downtown.

Edna Inman, 66, died Monday.
      A homemaker, she was born July 10, 1930, in Nanton, Alberta, Canada and was a resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, James; sons, James Kyle, Larry Kyle, and Warren Kyle, all of Spokane, Wash.; brother, William Shaw of Australia; and three grandchildren.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled the arrangements.

Frank M. Luisi, 69, died Friday.
      A Navy veteran of World War II, he was born Feb. 17, 1928, in Elizabeth, N.J., was a chemical operator, and a one-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Leonora; son, Michael, both of Las Vegas; daughter, Michelle Amate of Brick Town, N.J.; and one grandchild.
      Services are private. Davis Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Marvin William McDonough, 56, died Friday.
      An assistant engineering supervisor in the hotel-casino industry, he was born July 19, 1940, in Redondo Beach, Calif. and was an 11-year resident of Laughlin.
      He is survived by his wife, Dora; son, John Patton; daughters, Shawn, Tracy, and Debra Cadiz; brothers, Wayne, Don, and Patrick; sister, Patricia Dorsey; and four grandchildren.

Marvin Sanderson Michael, 84, died Sunday in a local hospital.
      A Navy veteran, he was born July 28, 1912, in Indiana, was a cab driver, a member of Shriners, Masons, Lawmen & Constables Association, and a 35-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his sons, Dennis and Justin, both of Las Vegas.

Dorothy M. Neder, 65, died April 9, in a local hospital.
      A homemaker, she was born Aug. 25, 1931, in San Diego and was a two-year resident of Henderson.
      She is survived by her husband, Marqui Sr.; daughters, Gail, both of Henderson, and Marie of Simi Valley, Calif.; son, Marqui Jr. of Spokane, Wash.; sisters, Ruth Gardner of Willard, Mo., Mary White of San Diego, and Dede Miller of Barstow, Calif.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Palm Mortuary-Henderson handled the arrangements.

Edwin F. Park, 96, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
      An Army veteran of World War II, he was born Nov. 10, 1900, in Durango, Colo., was a retired maintenance superintendent for the River Commission, a member of Masonic Lodge, Zelzah Shrine, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 357, and a 67-year resident of Henderson.
      He is survived by his wife, Sima of Henderson; daughter, Laila Paglia of Boulder City; sons, James of Henderson and Bob of Las Vegas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
      Palm Mortuary-Henderson handled the arrangements.
     
     Alberta Pettyjohn
     
     
Alberta C. Pettyjohn, 71, died Sunday in Nathan Adelson Hospice.
      A homemaker, she was born Sept. 9, 1925, in Yonkers, N.Y., was a member of Senior Friends, and a10-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, H.C. of Las Vegas; daughters, Renee Delahanty, Linda Gringley, both of Yonkers, and Peggy Milone of Hughsonville, N.Y.; sister, Ann Bryant; brothers, Ernest Cook, and John Cook, all of Yonkers, and Emil of Coldsprings, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
      Services will be in New York. Nevada Cremation or Burial Society-Nevada Funeral Service handled the arrangements. The family requests donations be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice or American Cancer Society.

Thelma A. Pullen, 91, died Saturday in a local care center.
      A homemaker, she was born June 30, 1905, in St. Joseph, Mo., was a member of Royal Neighbors, a volunteer for Clark County Election Department, and a 52-year resident of Henderson.
      She is survived by her son, Michael of Las Vegas; sister, Cleo Mc Donald of Henderson; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday with services at 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Henderson and burial in Palm Memorial Park-Henderson.

Earl Russell Quinn, 67, died Saturday in a local hospital.
      An Air Force veteran, he was born Dec. 19, 1929, in Newark, N.J., was an electronic engineer, head of communication for NASA, and a 20-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his son, William of Henderson; daughter, Lona of Utah; and two grandchildren.
      Inurnment will be 2:15 p.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled the arrangements.

Lydia B. Reyes, 58, died Saturday in a local hospital.
      A teacher, she was born Sept. 24, 1938, in Manila, Philippines, was a member of Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church, and a 23-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Romulo of Las Vegas; daughters, Elvina of Manila and Annaliza Castro of Vancouver, Canada; son, Bernard Velasco of Manila; sister, Linda Lim of Los Angeles; brothers, Eddie Bunag of San Francisco and Godofredo Bunag of Manila; and four grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. today with services at 5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Downtown.

Ann Rile, 86, died Sunday in a local care center.
      A retail clerk for a grocery store, she was born March 4, 1911, in Nebraska, was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and a 34-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hollenbeck of Las Vegas; sister, Jane Kinley of San Francisco; one grandchild; and four great-grandchildren.
      Services are private. Neptune Society of Nevada handled the arrangements.

Gus Skordoulis, 64, died Sunday.
      A retired bell captain, he was born Feb. 15, 1933, in Athens, Greece and was a 33-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Leni; son, Antony, both of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today with rosary recital at 7 p.m. in Palm Mortuary-Jones. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church and entombment in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. The family requests donations be made to the Church building fund in his name.

Agnes W. Stepanovich, 76, died Sunday in a local hospital.
      An executive secretary in a hotel, she was born Oct. 22, 1920, in Aliquippa, Pa. and was a 26-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her daughter, Linda Axelrod of Henderson; son, Samuel of Las Vegas; sisters, Jane Siktar, Frances Faytock, both of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., Sophie Wutter; and brothers, Charles Wutter, Frank Wutter, and George Wutter, all of Aliquippa.
      Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. today with services at noon Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Eastern and burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

      A homemaker, she was born Nov. 8, 1903, in Dutchess County, N.Y., was a member of Towne Club, Newcomers Club, and a 10-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Peter of Las Vegas.

      An retired Army Sergeant and veteran of World War II the and Korean War, he was born July 21, 1928, in Oklahoma City, was a insurance risk manager for the City of Las Vegas, and a 16-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Annelies; and sons, Bob, Mike, and Ron.
      Inurnment will be at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery.

Laureana E. Villanueva, 88, died Monday in a local hospital.
      A retired librarian for the Philippine Government, she was born July 4, 1908, in the Philippines and was a one-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her daughter, Nini Castaleda; sons, Bayani, both of Las Vegas, and Isagani of Kennewick, Wash.; sister, Rosa Gellidon of Manila, Philippines; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Services will be in California. Palm Mortuary-Jones handled the arrangements.

Cynthia Lee Wagner, 40, died April 9, in a local hospital.
      A bartender, she was born Dec. 31, 1956, in Allentown, Pa. and was a 36-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her mother, Dorothy of Las Vegas; and sisters, Pam Moore of Pahrump, and Debbie Nelson; brother, Robert, both of Las Vegas.
      A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at 523 N. Eighth St. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society handled the arrangements. The family requests donations be made to the Kidney Foundation.

Linda Copec Wilson, 48, died Thursday in a local hospital.
      A baker in a grocery store, she was born Oct. 5, 1948, in Clarksburg, W.Va. and was a nine-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, David of Las Vegas; sisters, Barbara Radcliff of Manasas, Va., Cecila Cecil of Arlington, Va., Nora McLean of Clarksburg; and mother, Freida Sinnett of Manasas.
