As expected, the International Hockey League came down hard on Thunder left wing Sasha Lakovic for his punch to the head of Houston's Alan May.
      Lakovic belted May with 19 seconds left in Game 2 of their Western Co nference quarterfinal playoff series Sunday in Houston.
