PSC endorses electricity deregulation

The Public Service Commission on Thursday sought legislative approval for rapid and sweeping deregulation of Nevada's electric utility industry.
      The commission voted 4-1 for the proposed bill with Galen Denio dissenting and urging more cautious review before proceeding.
