     Luisa Bautista
     
     
Luisa Bautista, 64, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
      A homemaker, she was born Aug. 28, 1932, in Mexico and was a 28-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Ben; daughters, Leonore Garcia, Maria Garcia, and Nora Bautista, all of Las Vegas; brother, Domingo Garcia of Los Angeles; sister, Maria Garcia of Mexico; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today followed with rosary recital in Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Christophers Catholic Church with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
     
     Richard Chronister
     
     
Richard Gavin Chronister, 40, died Wednesday.
      An Army veteran, he was born June 2, 1956, in California, was a carpenter, and a 37-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Karla; sisters, Lindsey Hahn, Deborah, all of Las Vegas, and Barbara Waller of Tennessee; and brother, Melvin Hahn of Las Vegas.
      Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary with graveside services at 10 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Memorial Cemetery.
     
     Robert Fay Jr.
     
     
Robert H. Fay Jr., 60, died Friday in a local hospital.
      A retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, he was born Jan. 31. 1937, in Boston, Mass., was a member of Air Force Association, Air Force Academy Alumni Officers Association, Operations Director of Stop All Stalkers, and a 22-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his sons, Robert III of Massachusetts and Stephen of Indianapolis; mother, Helen Churchill of Concord, N.H.; sisters, Edith McGlone of Boston and Charlou Benedict of Delmar, Calif.; fiance, Joyce Brown of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
      Memorial services will be held in Colorado Springs, Colo. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled the arrangements.
     
     Velora Galbraith
     
     
Velora J. Galbraith, 68, died Tuesday.
      An office manager for a medical office, she was born Dec. 14, 1928, in Axtel, Kan. and was a 22-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Galen of Las Vegas; daughters, Paula Kennedy of Topeka, Kan. and Amy James of Las Vegas; sons, Mike, Marc, and Clay, all of Las Vegas; brothers, Emmet McGreevy of Topeka, Kan., Francis McGreevy and Robert McGreevy, both of Lawrence, Kan., and John McGreevy of Salina, Kan.; and nine grandchildren.
      Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Christ the King Catholic Church. Davis Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
     
     James Horn
     
     
James A. Horn, 93, died Tuesday in a local care center.
      A retired casino manager, he was born Oct. 13, 1903, in Kansas City, Mo. and was a 50-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his daughter, Bernice Jakobe of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
      Services are pending. Palm Mortuary-Eastern handled the arrangements. The family requests donations be made to Catholic Charities.
     
     Herbert Karr
     
     
Herbert Karr, 68, died Friday in a local hospital.
      An Army veteran, he was born June 19, 1928, in Philadelphia, was a retired owner/operator of a men's clothing store, a member of Jewish War Veteran's #711, and a 16-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Esther; son, Steven, both of Las Vegas; daughter, Mindy of Atlantic City, N.J.; and one grandchild.
      Services will be 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary-Eastern with burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary-Jones handled the arrangements.
     
     Anna Kidder
     
     
Anna H. Kidder, 79, died Friday in Nathan Adelson Hospice.
      A homemaker, she was born Oct. 28, 1917, in Patterson, N.J., was a member of Young At Heart Group of Our Lady of Las Vegas, and a 32-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, N. David; sons, John, both of Las Vegas, and Paul of Santa Barbara, Calif.; sisters, Irene Alexander of Dayton, Ohio, Helen Holowack and Mitzie Verchick, both of Las Vegas, and Marion O'Niel of Pleasant Mt., Pa.; and one grandchild.
      Services will be 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary-Downtown and at 9 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church followed by graveside services. The family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society or to Indian Missions.
     
     Lou Lemaster
     
     
Lou Lemaster, 58, died Thursday.
      A Marine veteran, he was born July 29, 1938, in Kearney, Neb., was a retired communications specialist for the weather service, a member of American Meteorological Society, Las Vegas Track Club, and a 32-year resident of North Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Pat of North Las Vegas; sons, Tim and David; daughter Lori, all of Las Vegas; sisters, Elanor of Nampa, Idaho and Vicki Courtright of Port Orford, Ore.; and brother, Bill of Newberg, Ore.
      Visitation will be 4:30 p.m. until services at 6 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne. Burial is private. The family requests donations be made to Candlelighters for the Childhood Cancer.
     
     Patsy Longworth
     
     
Patsy "Ann" Longworth, 59, died Monday in a local hospital.
      A homemaker, she was born May 23, 1937, in Roswell, N.M. and was a 15-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Daniel; daughter, Stacy Alexander, both of Las Vegas; son, Ron Alexander of Naco, Ariz.; mother, Essie Baldock of Las Vegas; father, Jack Baldock of Victorville, Calif.; sisters, Carolyn Boyle of Las Vegas, Vicki Adler of Victorville, and Marian Zwibel of Philadelphia; and one grandchild.
      Memorial services will be held in California. Palm Mortuary-Jones handled the arrangements.
     
     Richard McCagg
     
     
Richard F. McCagg, 68, died Friday in a local hospital.
      An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was born May 18, 1928, in San Diego, was a retired computer installation person, and a 26-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Irene of Las Vegas; and brother, George Jr. of St. Louis.
      Private services were held. Palm Mortuary-Downtown handled the arrangements.
     
     Vincent McGrath
     
     
Vincent J. McGrath, 64, died Friday.
      An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was born July 19, 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y., was employed with the transit authority for City of New York, a member of National Rifle Association, and a seven-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Margaret of Las Vegas; daughters, Jackie Baker, Denise and Joanne, all of New York; sons, Michael, Scott, David, and Danny, all of New York, and Dennis of New Jersey; sisters, Florence of New York, Theresa and Mary, both of Las Vegas; and 15 grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 1 to 7 p.m. today with services at 11 a.m. Monday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home.

Catheryn Medica, 95, died Friday in a local care center.
      A retired seamstress in the fashion industry, she was born April 30, 1901, in Philadelphia and was a one-year resident of Las Vegas.
      Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary-Eastern.
     
     Pearl Nielson
     
     
Pearl I. Nielson, 86, died Friday in a local care center.
      A homemaker, she was born July 19, 1910, in Watts, Okla., and was a 25-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Lamar of Las Vegas; daughters, Peggie Wadley, Patsy Wright, Januce Johnson, all of Moapa and Marla Howe of California; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 1 to 5 p.m. today with services at 9 a.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary-Jones followed with graveside services in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Wilma P. Ottey, 74, died March 8 in a local hospital.
      A homemaker, she was born April 8, 1922, in Fort Scott, Kan. and was a 42-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Maurice; daughter, Marshelia, both of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday in Davis Funeral Home followed with graveside services in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Frank B. Robison, 85, died Friday in a local hospital.
      A owner/operator of a retail hardware store, he was born Aug. 16, 1911, in Pennsylvania and was a 25-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his sons, Gary of Las Vegas and Lamar of Simi Valley, Calif.; daughter, Joan Spotskey of Connorsville, Pa.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
      Services are private. Bunkers Mortuary handled arrangements.
     
     Nikki Rose
     
     
Nikki Rose, 34, died Friday.
      A computer operator, cemetery operations clerk at Paradise Memorial Gardens, she was born Oct. 29, 1962, in Detroit, Mich. and was a one-year resident of Henderson.
      She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Newton and Stephanie Newton; son, Steven Newton, all of Henderson; parents, Ernie and Mary Anne Kusak of Henderson; mother, Jo Lax of Irish Hills, Mich.; brothers, Richard Kusak of Orlando, Fla., Kevin Kusak of Ft. Hood, Texas, Jim Dale, Jack Dale, and Ernie Kusak, all of Henderson; and sisters, Kyle Coleman of Detroit and Kathleen Meno of Henderson.
      Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. today with services at 3 p.m. Monday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home and burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens. The family requests donations be made to Nikki Rose children's trust fund c/o Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home.

Cathy Vallerga, 48, died Tuesday.
      A cashier in a grocery store, she was born Nov. 29, 1948, in Salt Lake City, and was a 28-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her husband, Ronald of Las Vegas; daughter, Jennifer of Mesa, Ariz.; son, Bill of Las Vegas; mother, Dorothy Sharp of Mesa, Ariz.; father, Daniel Davis Sr. of Salt Lake City; sisters, Diane Oborn of Elko and Debra Alvin of Mesa, Ariz.; and brother, Daniel Davis Jr. of Chandler, Ariz.
      Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary-Jones.
     
     Donald Vollett
     
     
Donald W. Vollett, 76, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
      A retired Air Force pilot and veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam wars, he was born Aug. 10, 1920, in Michigan, was a member of Masonic Lodge F&AM, Scottish Rite, Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce, Retired Officers Association, Air Force Association, honorary mayors of Apple Valley and High Desert, and a nine-year resident of North Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Patricia of North Las Vegas; sons, Don and Patrick Hessel, both of North Las Vegas, and Rick Hessel of Pickins, Okla.; daughters, Sharon Holmstrom of Sacramento and Mimi of San Diego; brother, Russell; sister, Shirley Farey, both of Waterford, Mich.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
      Arrangements were handled by Affordable Cremation & Burial Service. The family requests donations be made to Foster Parents of Southern Nevada.
     
     Harold Wright
     
     
Harold C. Wright, 77, died Tuesday in a local care center.
      A Coast Guard veteran of World War II, he was born Nov. 7, 1919, in Apache, Ariz., was a retired real estate salesman, and a 16-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Gladys; sons, Mark, both of Las Vegas, and Paul of Portland, Ore.; sisters, Bessie Munda of New Mexico, Mary Pointer of Spokane, Wash., Betty Brittian of Globe, Ariz., and Peggy Owens of Tyler, Texas; and one grandchild.
      Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne handled the arrangements.
