Clark County Health District immunization clinics are open each week in and around Las Vegas. Immunizations are provided without charge to anyone under the age of 21 in any of three public health centers and 35 immunization clinics.
The following clinics will be open this week:
Mondays through Fridays: District Health Center, 625 Shadow Lane, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; North Las Vegas Public Health Center, 3262 Civic Center Drive, 8 am. to 4:30 p.m. (Spanish-speaking personnel available; Henderson Public Health Center, 129 W. Lake Mead Drive, Bldg. A, Suite 10, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Today: Epicenter Clinic, 2100 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite No. 5, noon to 4 p.m.; Rafael Rivera Community Center Clinic, 2900 E. Stewart Ave., 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Northeast WIC Clinic, 2404 E. Stewart Ave., 9 to 11:45 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: East Las Vegas WIC Office, 5701 Missouri St., 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.; Paradise Park Clinic, Recreation Center, 4770 Harrison St., 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; The Lakes at Sahara Clinic, UMC Quick Care, 2760 Lake Sahara Drive, 9 a.m. to noon.
Thursday: Henderson WIC Office, 750 Major St., 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.; Northwest Clinic, Fellowship Community Church, 6210 W. Cheyenne Ave., 9 a.m. to noon; Spring Valley Library Clinic, 4280 S. Jones Blvd., noon to 4 p.m.; Sunrise Community Center Clinic, 2240 Linn Lane, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday: Fremont Medical Center, 4415 W. Flamingo Road, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 1: Lulac Child Health Clinic, 330 N. 13th St., 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Lowden Community Outreach Center, 3333 Cambridge St., 9 a.m. to noon; Rainbow Library Clinic, 3150 N. Buffalo Road, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m.
The pneumonia vaccine is recommended for persons with chronic medical conditions. The vaccine is administered all year long.
