Flood Control District The Citizens' Advisory Committee of the Clark County Regional Flood Control District will hold its next meeting at 3 p.m. Monday at 301 E. Clark St., Suite 302 (455-3139). Support groups Emotions Anonymous is a 12-step support group for those struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, fear and other emotional problems.
