Rush Limbaugh is a big fat idiot

     To the editor:
Unbelievable! I refer to Anita Warren's March 24 letter. How comical, yet how sad, that adults could be gullible enough to think listening to Rush Limbaugh's biased drivel and actually believing his, "All Republicans are angels and all Democrats are devils" trite nonsense could educate anyone about politics.
Most of us know Mr. Limbaugh is an employee and puppet of the billionaire Rupert Murdoch, the owner of several conservative rags.
Mr. Limbaugh's almost incoherent and silly ravings have prompted the cancellation of his radio and television shows all over the country. We can only say good riddance. Much of his recent downfall was directly the result of the best-selling book, "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot." We wish to thank Al Franken, the author, for telling it like it is.
We'd like to suggest that adults who are finally trying to figure out the differences between Republicans and Democrats stop "grabbing for the comics" first thing on Sundays. Instead, pick up a book on political science; a book on "extreme gullibility" would also be in order. Mr. Limbaugh a political educator? Heaven help us all.
