Harry Abbott Harry G. Abbott, 73, died May 3 in Tampa, Fla. A retired Air Force veteran, he was born Feb. 20, 1924, in Little Rock, Ark., was a former resident of Las Vegas and a retired assistant director for warehousing, purchasing and property control for the Clark County School District. Heather Anderson Heather Kareen Anderson, 20, died Wednesday in Nephi, Utah. A loan officer in a credit union, she was born May 23, 1976, in Long Beach, Calif., and was a resident of Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Dec. 18, 1917, in Clinton County, Iowa, was a 43-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of the Southgate Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her son, Neal of Las Vegas; and brother, Robert Cram of Mesa, Ariz. Cox, 77, died Thursday in Nathan Adelson Hospice. An Army veteran of World War II, he was born Nov. 24, 1919, in Detroit, was a retired foreman in the aerospace industry and a nine-year resident of Las Vegas. He was a past master of Vegas Lodge 32 F&AM, a charter member of Dhahra Daylight Lodge 55 and a member of Scottish Rite Bodies and Zelzah Shrine Temple. He is survived by his wife, Bernice of Las Vegas; daughter, Kristie Orcutt of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; son, Kurtis of Valencia, Calif.; brother, Harry of Tucker, Ga.; and two grandchildren. Rosamond Hillgartner Rosamond G. Hillgartner, 73, died Wednesday. A retired librarian, she was born April 5, 1924, in Vermillion County, Ill., and was a five-year resident of Las Vegas. She was a member of the American Association of University Women and the American Contract Bridge League. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah of Las Vegas; sons, Malcolm of Ashland, Ore., and Del of Elmsford, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. Services are private.
