Innovative Gaming Corp. of America said its new Bonus Streak specialty game, developed in a joint venture with International Game Technology, has received approval from the Nevada gaming authorities.
      Bonus Streak is a video bonus game built in conjunction with IGT's slant top reel spinning slot machine utilizing the industry's first built-in active matrix LCD.
      The bonus portion of the game is initiated when a player lines up the Bonus Steak symbol on the spinning reel slot machine.

      The Las Vegas public relations firm of Katz & Associates has hired Niel Laudati as an assistant account executive and Bobby Shelton as a senior account executive. Both will be working on site with the Southern Nevada Water Authority. Laudati previously worked in the public information division for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, and Shelton served as Nevada Department of Transportation's district public information officer.

      Nevada Insurance Consultants Inc. has added three new colleagues. Julie Vergari, formerly of Menicucci Insurance Associates, will work as a customer service representative; Diane Green-Williams, formerly a benefits coordinator for a major casino, will provide expertise in health insurance, benefit and self-funded plans; and Jimmy Hart will serve as an account executive for day care facilities, construction companies and strip mall complexes.
