     Casino managers
      The Casino Management Association and Community College of Southern Nevada's Hospitality Institute will hold a seminar on laws relating to disabilities, sexual harassment and discrimination.       The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce will start a legislative program called Grassroots Organization for Action and Leadership. It starts with a meeting at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chamber offices.      Home buying
      The Consumer Credit Counseling Service will hold 12-hour home buying seminars cosponsored by the Nevada Fair Housing Center Inc. A session will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, as well as Feb. 11, 18 and 25.
