Casino managers The Casino Management Association and Community College of Southern Nevada's Hospitality Institute will hold a seminar on laws relating to disabilities, sexual harassment and discrimination. Chamber The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce will start a legislative program called Grassroots Organization for Action and Leadership. Home buying The Consumer Credit Counseling Service will hold 12-hour home buying seminars cosponsored by the Nevada Fair Housing Center Inc. A session will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, as well as Feb. 11, 18 and 25. Separately, the counseling service and Nevada State Bank will hold a class for consumers who are unable to obtain a bank checking account at 9 a.m. Thursday.
