     Thomas Autz
     
     
Thomas George Autz, 61, died Friday.
      He was born April 8, 1937, in Wisconsin. A Marine Corps veteran, he was a chief engineer and a two-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Lourdes; and daughters, Brenda, Sharon and Linda.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Roscoe Bell
     
     
Roscoe Mills Bell, 80, died Sunday.
      He was born Dec. 4, 1917, in San Angelo, Texas. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a retired safety engineer for the government and a two-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Betty; and son, Dan, both of Las Vegas; sister, Ruby Williams of San Angelo; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
      Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary-Jones, where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
     
     Dorthy Brewer
     
     
Dorthy Faye Brewer, 66, died Sunday.
      She was born Jan. 18, 1932, in Bowie County, Texas. A homemaker, she was a 36-year resident of Henderson and was employed as a crossing guard.
      She is survived by her husband, Robert; and daughter, Michelle, both of Henderson; sons, Robert and Keith, both of Las Vegas, and Randall of Henderson; sisters, Hallie Anderson of New Boston, Texas, and Lula Panell of Fort Worth, Texas; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 12:30 p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
     
     Donald Cavell
     
     
Donald A. Cavell, 64, died Monday.
      He was born May 20, 1934, in Gary, Ind. A Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, he was a retired fireman and a two-year resident of North Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Gayle of North Las Vegas; sons, Michael of Gary and Patrick of Corpus Christi, Texas; daughter, Karen Riddle of Newark, Del.; stepsons, John Brice Jr. of Kokomo, Ind., and William Brice of Wheatfield, Ind.; stepdaughters, Joyce Plukas of Crown Point, Ind., and Gayle Orvedal of Las Vegas; mother, Angeline Dennison of Gary; sister, Esther Tonevich of Crown Point; 19 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
      Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Affordable Cremation & Burial Service.
     
     Mary Coomes
     
     
Mary Coomes, 66, died Saturday in a Las Vegas hospital.
      She was born Aug. 5, 1931, in Omaha, Neb. A retired convention supervisor, she was a 40-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary 1753 and Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 1213.
      She is survived by her husband, Robert; and sons, Gary Phillips and Dale Luxenburg, all of Las Vegas; daughters, Debbie Harris of Akron, Ohio, and Marjorie Luxenburg, Karen Riley and Marla Bowie, all of Las Vegas; brother, John McIntyre; and sister, Alice Hoffman, both of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in Affordable Cremation & Burial Service, where services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
     
     Robert Davis
     
     
Robert G. Davis, 77, died July 2 in a North Las Vegas hospital.
      He was born May 2, 1921, in Fort Worth, Texas. A retired musician, he was a 30-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his son, Scott Keene of Valencia, Calif., and Clayton Sandlin of Cheltenham, England; daughters, Sharon Mullin of Robinsdale, Minn., Joni Sandlin of Crystal, Minn., and Cecilia Solario of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Husband of Mary Catholic Church. The family requests memorial donations be made to Safe Nest Women's Shelter. Affordable Cremation & Burial Service handled arrangements.
     
     John Fisk
     
     
John Douglas Fisk, 52, died Saturday.
      He was born Aug. 28, 1945, in Ohio. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a cement mason foreman for Local 797 and a 12-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his wife, Kathy of Las Vegas; sons, Frankie of Overland Park, Kan., and Johnny of Phoenix; daughter, Jesse Woelber of Sheridan, Wyo.; mother, Flora Cox of Cottonwood, Ariz.; father, Bob Cox of Phoenix; brothers, Michael of Corbin, Ky., and Rob Cox of Tempe, Ariz.; and two grandchildren.
      Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home.
     
     Mary Frahlick
     
     
Mary K. Frahlick, 89, died July 13 in a Las Vegas hospital.
      She was born Oct. 12, 1908, and was an administrative executive in advertising and a five-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Anthony.
      Burial will be in California. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Clair Gordon
     
     
Clair E. Gordon, 81, died Friday.
      She was born May 20, 1917, in California. An Army veteran, she was a cabinet maker and a three-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her son, Roger of Las Vegas; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Elizabeth Heintzberger
     
     
Elizabeth Heintzberger died Friday at home.
      Born in Sydney, Australia, she was a member of the Women's Royal Australian Air Force, a veteran of World War II, a 12-year resident of Las Vegas and a former resident of Nellis Air Force Base.
      She is survived by her husband, Bill of Las Vegas; daughters, Elizabeth Muskus of Greenwich, Conn., Moira Crowson of Ipswich, Australia, Christine Cain of Gowanda, N.Y., and Joanne Stanker of College Station, Texas; son, Bill of Lakehurst, N.J.; brother, Frank Payling of Valentine, Australia; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      A memorial Mass will be scheduled in Guardian Angel Cathedral. Affordable Cremation & Burial Service handled arrangements.
     
     Kenneth Hoopes
     
     
Kenneth W. Hoopes, 55, died Sunday in Neola, Utah.
      He was born Feb. 28, 1943, in Vernal, Utah. A former longtime resident of Las Vegas, he owned an air conditioning company and was a cattle rancher.
      He is survived by his wife, Lynde of Neola, and local immediate family survivors, including his son, Alan, and daughter, Tyfani, both of Las Vegas.
      Services will be held Thursday in Neola. Hullinger-Olpin Funeral Home, Roosevelt, Utah, handled arrangements.
     
     Raymond Jablonsky
     
     
Raymond M. Jablonsky, 65, died July 21 in a Las Vegas hospital.
      He was born Sept. 22, 1932, in Chicago. An Army veteran, he was a retired supervisor in plastics manufacturing, a 10-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of Knights of Columbus.
      He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Elizabeth of Las Vegas; daughters, Susan Zeldin of Garden Grove, Calif., Barbara Aldis of Orange, Calif., Cheryl of Buena Park, Calif., and Mary Ripley of Portland, Ore.; sons, David of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Steven of Milwaukee; sisters, Gene Niez of Tucson, Ariz., and Ann Leitz of Eau Claire, Mich.; brother, Edward of Clovis, N.M.; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
      A service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Downtown. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in Holy Family Catholic Church.
     
     Dorothy Mastros
     
     
Dorothy H. Mastros, 68, died Sunday in a Las Vegas hospital.
      She was born April 15, 1930, in Beaver, Utah. A homemaker, she was a 14-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her sons, Carey of Thornton, Colo., Gregory of Las Vegas and Wallace Jr. of Lancaster, Calif.; brother, Clark Hutchings of Beaver; sister, Shirley Bracamontes of Lancaster; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
     
     Graciela Ojeda
     
     
Graciela Ojeda, 62, died Friday in a Las Vegas hospital.
      She was born April 19, 1936, in Mexico. A homemaker, she was a seven-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of IEH Amigos de Israel, Assembeas de Dios.
      She is survived by her sons, Francisco, Edilberto, Andrez, Martin, Abiu and Omar; daughters, Maria Diaz, Carmen Martinez, Ana Valadez and Cruz; brothers, Antonio Sanches, Romulo Sanches and Salvador Sanches; sister, Rosaura Sanches; 23 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
      Burial will be at 2 p.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     George Patti
     
     
George F. Patti, 75, died Friday in a Las Vegas hospital.
      He was born Sept. 14, 1922, in New York. A decorated Army veteran of World War II, he was self employed in the restaurant industry and was a 17-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of American Legion.
      He is survived by his son, Anthony; and daughter, Sandra, both of California; brother, Ross; and sisters, Jessie Demaio, Josephine Cusimano, Ida Angilella, Natale Milliner and Santina Stohl, all of New York; and two grandchildren.
      Services are private. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Wesley Potts
     
     
Wesley T. Potts, 84, died Friday at home.
      He was born May 11, 1914, in Kentucky. A six-year resident of Las Vegas, he was self employed in the advertising business and was a member of Masonic Lodge, Shriners and Scottish Rites.
      He is survived by his wife, Edna; and daughter, Mona, both of Henderson.

     Josephine Purdy
     
     
Josephine R. Purdy, 78, died Sunday.
      She was born July 2, 1920, in Tonkawa, Okla. A homemaker, she was a 30-year resident of Henderson.
      She is survived by her daughters, Dixie Cartwright of Henderson and Liz Smith of Parsons, Kan.; son, Gary Moore of Las Vegas; sisters, Alice Shuers of Kansas, Edith Bush of New Mexico and Marilyn Culver of Oklahoma; brothers, Orville Clark of Kansas, Walt Clark of Oklahoma and Eugene Clark of Arizona; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
      Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until services at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary. Burial will follow in Bunkers Eden Vale Memorial Park.
     
     Rose Siegel
     
     
Rose E. Siegel, 90, died Friday.
      She was born Nov. 8, 1907, in Manhattan, N.Y. A homemaker, she was a 10-year resident of Las Vegas.
      She is survived by her daughters, Eleanor Rabinoff and Helaine, both of Las Vegas, and Phyllis Zimmerman of Cherry Hill, N.J.; son, Alvin of Central Valley, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
      Services will be held in Mission Hills, Calif. Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary handled arrangements.
     
     Kenneth Weast
     
     
Kenneth R. Weast, 50, died July 13 in Saudi Arabia.
      He was born Jan. 30, 1948, in Waukesha, Wis. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a logistics officer for the federal government, a 38-year resident of Henderson and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Noncommissioned Officers Association.
      He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie; and sons, Kenneth Jr. and Raymond Sampier, all of Henderson; daughters, Barbara Sampier of Springfield, Mo., Sharon Williams of Henderson and Theresa Barnum of Pocatello, Idaho; brothers, Charles of Henderson and Thomas of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
      Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Henderson, where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson. The family requests memorial donations be made to the general fund at Basic High School.

Lori Elizabeth Wheatley, 35, died July 21.
      She was born June 28, 1963, in Canton, Ohio. A school teacher, she was a 15-year resident of Las Vegas and a founding member of the Las Vegas Blues Society.
      She is survived by her daughter, Natalie Holder of Deland, Fla.
      Private services were held. Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Robert Whitley
     
     
Robert "Bob" Whitley, 68, died Monday in a Henderson hospital.
      He was born April 28, 1930, in Hackensack, N.J. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he was a retired pilot and a 27-year resident of Las Vegas.
      He is survived by his daughters, Laura of Apple Valley, Calif., and Colleen Moore of Las Vegas; son, Paul of Whittier, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary-Eastern with graveside services at 3 p.m. in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
     
     Michael Wilson
     
     
Michael Walter Wilson, 32, died Wednesday.
      He was born Aug. 11, 1965, in Peoria, Ill. A credit counselor, he was an 11-year resident of Las Vegas, a volunteer for March of Dimes and Catholic Charities, and a member of LVG Bowling League, Las Vegas Gay & Lesbian Community Center and ASTA.
      He is survived by his companion Jim St. Marie; mother, Marene; brother, Lance; and grandmother, Elizabeth Casar, all of Las Vegas.
      Services are private. The family requests memorial donations be made to Community Counseling Center. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society handled arrangements.
     
     Van Wiser
     
     
Van Rawlings Wiser, 52, died Friday.
      He was born Oct. 10, 1945, in Salt Lake City. A Navy veteran, he was an area manager for a pet supply company and a 10-year resident of Henderson.
      He is survived by his wife, Sharon; and sons, Darrell and Travis, all of Henderson; daughters, Michelle Ruesch of Las Vegas and Danielle of Henderson; mother, Gretta of Hurricane, Utah; sister, Marcia Boyack of Los Alamos, N.M.; brothers, Irwin of Hurricane and William of San Diego; and four grandchildren.
      Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 11 a.m. today in the New Forest Ward chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be in Idaho. Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary handled arrangements.
