Turner supports new CD with Las Vegas show

      Tina Turner brings her "Twenty Four Seven" tour to the MGM Grand Garden, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South, on April 29. Tickets are $39.50, $75 and $150 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the arena box office and Ticketmaster outlets.
      The MGM will distribute numbered wristbands from 10 p.m. today to 9 a.m. Saturday, when a random number will be drawn and a line formed in consecutive order from that number for ticket sales. Wristbands will be distributed an hour before sales at other Ticketmaster outlets.
      Joe Walsh visits the Hard Rock Hotel March 2. Tickets are $53 gold circle, $43 reserved floor, $33 balcony and $22 general admission and go on sale at noon Saturday at the hotel, 4455 Paradise Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.
      Tickets already are on sale for a March 7 date by former Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. General admission tickets are $25 at the club box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
      Pat DiNizio, frontman for the Smithereens, brings his one-man tour to Las Vegas for a Feb. 21 show at a private residence. A limited number of tickets are available for $25 from Robert Hollowood at 877-4194.
