Body found near intersection


REVIEW-JOURNAL

A man in a dune buggy discovered a woman's body near Hollywood Boulevard and Sahara Avenue on Thursday.

Las Vegas Homicide Lt. Wayne Petersen said the woman had obvious head trauma and described her as being in her late teens or early 20s.

The body was found about 100 yards south of the intersection about 5:35 p.m.

No suspects have been identified in the slaying.
