ESCORT SERVICE: License effort fails

The owners of Bleu Limited escort service are once again looking for office space -- but this time with some help from the city of Las Vegas.

The City Council voted unanimously Wednesday to strike an item that would have allowed an escort service within city limits for the first time in 26 years, and it approved two ordinances restricting where such businesses may operate in the future.
