The fourth annual Blue Sky International Film Festival will be presented Friday through Sunday in two auditoriums at Regal Cinemas' Village Square 18, 9400 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas. Tickets are $7 for an individual screening (limited availability), $15 for a day pass, $28 for a festival pass that includes admission to all screenings and $35 for a VIP pass that includes screenings and forums.
