UNANIMOUS VERDICT IN DOUBLE SLAYING

A jury of eight women and four men deliberated for two days before returning its verdicts against Timmy Weber.
Count 1: Sexual assault with a child under the age of 14.
Count 2: Sexual assault with a child under the age of 16.
Count 3: Sexual assault with a child under the age of 16.
Count 4: Open or gross lewdness.
Count 5: Open or gross lewdness.
Count 6: Open or gross lewdness.
Count 7: Use of a minor in producing pornography.
Count 8: Possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a person under 16.
Count 9: Burglary.
Count 10: First-degree kidnapping (Kim Gautier's daughter).
Count 11: Sexual assault with a child under the age of 16.
Count 12: First-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon (Kim Gautier).
Count 13: First-degree kidnapping (Anthony Gautier).
Count 14: First-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon (Anthony Gautier).
Count 15: Burglary.
Count 16: Attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon (Chris Gautier).
Count 17: Attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon (Bill Froman).
