PHOTOS: Getting An Eyeful Of World's Largest Aircraft

The world's largest aircraft draws a crowd to watch its Thursday landing at McCarran International Airport. People gathered at the Sunset Road viewing area to see the Antonov Airlines AN-225, which has a payload capacity of 250 tons and a wingspan of nearly 300 feet. The Russian aircraft, delivering a transformer for a local energy company, flew from Istanbul, Turkey, to Palma, Spain, to Lajes, Portugal, to Bangor, Maine, before landing in Las Vegas in the afternoon.
