TICKETS: Robin Williams, John Mayer among Agassi benefit performers

"Andre Agassi's Grand Slam for Children" returns to the MGM Grand Garden arena on Oct. 2. It stars Robin Williams, John Mayer, Tim McGraw, Ray Romano and Josh Groban. Prices are $75, $100 and $150. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the box office, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and through Ticketmaster. To charge by phone, call 474-4000.

The Las Vegas modern-rock band The Killers returns home Sept. 19 to play the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. It will be the band's first real homecoming show since releasing the major-label album "Hot Fuss" earlier this year.

The Walkmen open for the Killers. Tickets for the all-ages show are on sale for $15 at the box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and through Ticketmaster. To charge by phone, call 632-7600.

The "Vinyl Kombat 2004 U.S. Championship" goes to the House of Blues on Sept. 3. It features the Beat Junkies and DJ Quest, and is hosted by DJ Jazzy Jeff. Prices are $10 for the all-ages show. Tickets are on sale at the box office and through Ticketmaster.

Les Claypool's jam-rock band Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains goes to the House of Blues on Oct. 25, with opener Gabby La La. Prices are $20, but rise to $22 on the day of the all-ages show. Tickets go on sale Saturday at the box office but are already on sale through HOB.com.

Classic rocker Alice Cooper goes to Sunset Station Amphitheater on Oct. 23. Tickets cost $24.95, $34.95, $44.95 and $54.95, and they're on sale at the Sunset Station front desk, 1301 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. To charge by phone, call 547-5300.

Country singer Hal Ketchum performs Oct. 22 at Boulder Station. Tickets cost $17.50, $22.50, $27.50 and $32.50, and they're available at the hotel's Boarding Pass Rewards Center, 4111 Boulder Highway, and at area malls. To charge by phone, call 547-5300.

The Beach Boys perform Oct. 15 at Lake Las Vegas Resort. Tickets, $49.95, go on sale Saturday at MonteLago Village, 30 Strada di Villaggio in Henderson, and through Ticketmaster.

The new wave- and gothic-tinged indie-pop bands The Faint, TV on the Radio and Beep Beep play the House of Blues on Nov. 16. Prices are $14, but go up to $16 on the day of the all-ages show. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the box office and through Ticketmaster, although they're already on sale at HOB.com.

Indie-rock band Gomez plays the House of Blues on Sept. 22. Prices are $15. Tickets for the all-ages show go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Pop-punk bands Story of the Year, Lost Prophets, My Chemical Romance and Letter Kills play the House of Blues on Sept. 26. It's an all-ages show. Prices are $17.50, but $20 on the day of the concert. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today, but they're already available at HOB.com.

On Sept. 25, gothic-pop band Gene Loves Jezebel plays at the Boston. Tickets cost $20 at the club, 1030 E. Flamingo Road, and through Ticketmaster. For more information, call 368-0750.

Jillians at Neonopolis, 450 Fremont St., has begun booking concerts. Pop-punk group Home Grown plays Sunday for $12. Pop-punk's Tsunami Bomb headlines Sept. 4 for $12. Rock's Further Seems Forever headlines Sept. 9. for $12. The leftist modern-rock band Killradio headlines Sept. 11 for $8. A "Voter Awareness Tour" featuring several rock bands is on Sept. 20 for $10. The heavy metal/country act Supersuckers and Big Bad Zero headline Sept. 22 for $10. Hooked headlines Sept. 25 for $5. The legendary ska band The Toasters headline Oct. 4 for $12. The screaming hardcore-punk band Senses Fail headlines Oct. 8 for $12. Eclectic indie-punk band Q & Not U goes there on Nov. 3. And Vegas hardcore band Brown Eyed Deception headlines Nov. 6 for $6. All shows start at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster.
