County health officials are trying to determine what caused at least 15 weekend guests of the Monte Carlo to become ill.
Hotel representatives called the Clark County Health District on Tuesday after the guests reported stomach aches, said Yvette Monet, an MGM-Mirage spokeswoman.

The affected guests attended three banquets that were held simultaneously Saturday at the hotel's convention center, she said. About 400 people attended the banquets, she said.
Health officials tested four of the afflicted guests to try to determine what triggered the outbreak, but the test results were pending, Monet said.
"It's too soon to speculate on what the cause might be," said Jennifer Sizemore, a health district spokeswoman.
Some Las Vegas hotels have been plagued with outbreaks of stomach viruses in recent years.
Last year more than 1,200 guests and employees at the Flamingo suffered from symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting after catching the norovirus, a highly contagious virus.
A similar outbreak affected more than 1,100 people at the California hotel in late 2003 and early 2004.
That virus usually incubates for 24 to 48 hours before symptoms show up.
The norovirus usually is spread by person-to-person contact or by eating contaminated food.
