Authorities say this boy has been identified two days after being found alone outdoors
Where do you start when trying to identify someone who speaks only baby talk?
That's the question local authorities were faced with Monday, two days after a toddler was found alone outdoors near the intersection of Pecos Road and Washington Street.

"He can't talk. He talks in what we would call baby talk," said Susan Klein-Rothschild, director of the Clark County Department of Family Services.
The child's photograph was broadcast numerous times on TV news stations Monday. Monday evening, Las Vegas police issued a press release stating the child had been identified.
An official with Child Protective Services said a person recognized the child from the broadcasts and an identification was able to be made. Further information was not available.
"Reunification is forthcoming," the release stated.
Most lost toddlers are reunited with their parents or guardians within a few hours, but not in this case, Klein-Rothschild said.
"This child appears to be healthy and well taken care of. His hair was in a braid and he was clean," she said.
The child was initially found by a passer-by outdoors on Harris Street near Pecos Road, Las Vegas police said.
The person picked up the child Saturday at about 1 p.m., drove him to Child Haven and dropped him off with a security guard at the youth facility, police said.
