After a five-year run at New York-New York, Rita Rudner is moving across the Strip to Harrah's.
She will be moving into the showroom being vacated by Clint Holmes, who has not yet announced his plans.

Rudner, who will be leaving New York-New York in June, said her one-year deal with options begins Oct. 2.
Besides getting a bigger showroom, "I'm very excited because it put me much closer to Forum Shops, which I think they might rename the Rita Shops," she added.
New York-New York reportedly has plans to turn the theater into a nightclub.
A release date for Rudner's book, "Turning Tables," from Crown Publishing, has been set for Aug. 29, she said.
It's about a relationship "that goes very wrong in Las Vegas and a woman who gets even," she said.
BET ON IT
Nothing brings out an army of characters at Las Vegas sports and race books like the big event.
Michael Gaughan, president of Coast Casinos, recalls "a guy we called 'Wheelchair' Jimmy."
"He had already bet $110,000 on the Super Bowl -- this was '83 or '84. I got lines out the front door, and I heard Jimmy yelling, 'I want to bet another $100,000.' I yelled, 'Pass it in.'
"And it came in, hand over hand," Gaughan said.
