The Las Vegas "C.S.I." team will soon have a murder on their hands at Cirque du Soleil's KA Theatre.

"C.S.I." production teams have made several scouting trips to the MGM Grand theater for the Sept. 21 two-part season premiere.

Tentatively, the shoot will be held Aug. 13-15, most likely in front of a theater full of extras, according to publicist Jessica Berlin.

The victim will be found by Marg Helgenberger's character, Catherine Willows, in the KA Theatre or somewhere on the property.

The popular set-in-Vegas show is heading into its seventh season.

KILLER STUFF

The Killers are back from Mexico after shooting the video for "When You Were Young," the first single off their "Sam's Town" album.

Attorney-manager Robert Reynolds said the video was filmed last week in a small-town setting. He declined to identify what city or state.

The Las Vegas group has been receiving a lot of positive feedback, he said, since unveiling the single at private listening parties at the Palms recording studios, New York and Los Angeles.

There were private events for certain radio stations, major music publications and some record retailers, he said.

Next up: the tour promoting the single.
