Ashley Day left her nanny job at a Las Vegas day care center to live the dream.

"This is the person I was meant to be," said Day, 23, on Thursday, one of 200-some Hooters Girls on hand for the grand opening weekend of Hooters Casino Hotel.
At Green Valley High, "I hated the cheerleaders; now I'm one of them," Day said.
"I used to make 400 dollars a month. Now I make 400 a night," she said.
It was shaping up as a great 29th birthday for Roy, who was doing media interviews and mingling with celebrities such as Carrot Top on Hooters' orange carpet.
"Three days ago I didn't know how to make a martini," the mother of two said.
