Ron DeCar, owner of the Viva Las Vegas wedding chapel, performs as Dr. Frank-N-Furter during a "Rocky Horror Picture Show"-themed ceremony Tuesday in downtown Las Vegas. DeCar said more than 75 weddings of all types were conducted at his wedding chapel on Valentine's Day, which is traditionally his company's busiest day of the year.
